Illegal dumping is a crime that affects all communities, both visually and in community pride. There are far too many negative reviews listed for this app (mostly regarding Covid...) If your motivation is to be someone that wishes to keep your community running smoothly, this might be a helpful tool to communicate your concerns. The businesses will do what’s right and hopefully we won’t have to use this ### 4/5 — Great for graffiti and trash removal when it works. *2022-11-13, version 3.1* Most of the negative reviews about this app have to do with neighbors reporting neighbors during the pandemic. Luckily, that’s over and we don’t have to listen to people cry about how their parties got busted anymore. The only two things I use this app for are graffiti removal and illegal dumping. And for those applications, it works great, when it works. If you see a tag you simply open the app, fill out a couple of details about the item tagged, let it locate you, and submit. The amazing people that clean up the graffiti usually show up the next business day. The people that clean up the trash take a little longer, but it still works. The problem is when it doesn’t work. At first it was just a change in the ability to upload pictures. I tried changing the size and type of files, but nothing helped. And lately, it just crashes right as I’ve almost finished imputing all the info. The thing just disappears. I know it’s just a technical glitch, but it’s been this way for some time. Hopefully, they will fix it soon because it makes a huge difference in our neighborhood with the trash and tags gone. ### 3/5 — Good app *2020-04-16, version 3.1* I think this app is great, but not for the Covid violators. You ruined a great tool by prefacing it’s primary use is to report Covid.
