I hate this river bank and trust app it always crashes on me I have to delete it then re-download it every time I want to do something it makes my day worse than it already bad enough that river bank and trust is not open on the weekends and Than and y’all don’t have an ATM

I downloaded the new version of this banking app as requested in your recent letter and it won't even open on my phone.  Flashes up the blue "river" screen and immediately closes!  Please bring back the old app!!!

Bring back the old app! 
The new app is so awful! I am actually thinking about switching banks because this app and website update is so terrible. I has showed my balance as the same for the entire week. Things I know I have used my debit card on are not showing up. The old app was so much better!

I find that my quicken app cannot successfully  interface with quicken while other banks do very easily. This would certainly be a great improvement if added.

The River Bank app is a solid performer that is quick and intuitive to use. With the addition of mobile deposit they are on par with any other bank out there when it comes to mobile banking. Add that to their friendly customer service and low fee/no fee business philosophy and it makes River an obvious banking choice.
