I’m extremely happy with them. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-03-31* Terrible customer experience, very hard to work the app. Have to reset password almost every time I log in. Due to security purposes. ### 3/5 — It's okay *2026-02-22* I love this bank first off. Now as far as the app...it's somewhat old school. It is unavailable a lot outside of business hours. Then there's no way to check balance unless I drive to town bc there's no access via phone. Also, cannot search for transactions by keywords at all. The password is often and not having it. Impossible to use the same password for up to six times. Three times is more reasonable.
