When checking out, the order says “this order does not qualify” even though I met all qualifications. When trying to seek help, the buttons on the “need help?” screen do nothing. So frustrating! ### 1/5 — App is adding 5$ to every order *2021-02-15, version 1.3* The last three times the app has charged up2.99 for deliver and a hidden unacceptable 5$. Then the driver expected a tip. Fix the app! The food is good but delivery portions are different from eat in portions. Doesn’t seem very integrable. ### 1/5 — Server always seems to be down *2019-02-01* I am really disappointed in this app every time we go to Mackenzie River I pull up the app and it says server is down. I can understand once or even twice. But I have been in two different restaurants at least five times and each time the app does not work at the restaurant. This last time I made sure it was working before I went to the restaurant but when I got to the restaurant the app did not work. Then they could not use my phone number to get my points. Mackenzie River seems to be inconsistent with the quality of their pizzas- it’s not the first time we had this problem. When I change from delivery to pick up because I don’t want to wait an hour +, the app said the wait would be 27 minutes. So I change from delivery to pick up in 27 minutes and proceeded without any delays, to order my food. After I selected my food and entered my debit card, I clicked enter and the app said your order will be ready at 6:33 PM which was NOT 27 minutes later but 60 minutes later. An hour later. This is deceptive. And there is nothing you can do about it but contact the store and cancel the order. ### 2/5 — Love to come... *2019-10-25, version 1.0.6* Love to eat here but the last few times the waiting time has been ridiculous!! Not the case today. First, I received a wrong order. I ordered fish tacos and received trio taco combo with shrimp, pork, and ? . I’m allergic to pork and shrimp. I also ordered a side of grilled veggie and but received steamed veggie. My husband was missing onions and mayo on his tenderloin and asked for it. Rather than bringing him the condiments, she brought the menu to point out what she though I had ordered. In the interim, my husbands food was getting cold. Another 6 minutes passed and we had to ask another server for the onion and mayo and she brought it in one minute. My food finally came out and I ate while my husband had to wait. ### 3/5 — Call ahead seating *2025-06-15, version 2.2* Called at 4:30 on 6/14 (30mts prior to arrival) to let staff know 7 of us were coming for dinner at 5pm. However, when I hung up, my husband says they never took your name. I called back and a different gal answered so I gave her my information. When we arrived not one of the girls at the front desk (out of four) saw our name. They looked at us like a deer in the headlight. Reservation was never written down by Angie or the other gal! I asked to speak to a manager. When the Night male manager came out he was rather short with me….
