To enable Quick Balance, log in to your account on the mobile app, tap your profile (circle with your initials) in the upper-right corner, tap Settings, tap Mobile Features, and tap Quick Balance. Toggle on "Enable Quick Balance" to add the Balances button to your login screen. If you want your balances to show immediately when you open the app, you can also toggle "Show automatically on app startup." Make sure you've selected the accounts you want to be viewable and save your changes. The pop up window opens before the login window. Multiple retries failed. Unfortunate because the office is not as convenient now. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2016-07-19* The app crashes every time I try to deposit a check or says service unavailable. ### 1/5 — Not good *2016-07-15* This app has problems. Cannot use the camera to take pics of the checks. The app crashes when I try that. Now I cannot log in it has locked me out of my account. Never had a problem with the old app. Nothing but trouble with this one. ### 2/5 — Deposit problem *2026-04-30* The mobile deposit is painful to use. I don’t know how to code differs from that used by Capital One, but my mobile deposits there always work on the first try. Mobile deposits at Riverland take several tries. At least twice, I’ve given up and driven to the bank. I like getting alerts of account transactions but not at 1:00am and 3:00am waking me up. I’d like to be able to select a quiet time range on my text alerts to avoid being awakened in middle of the night.
