This app has been great most of the time, but lately it is loading terribly and it has been very frustrating.  It’s a wonderful credit union, but I am hoping this can be resolved soon.

Since the new update upon login the page just continues to load and I have to hard close the app and log out and try 1-2 more times before I can successfully see my banking information

I’ve never had trouble with the mobile app before- and I have loved how simple and accessible it has been. Recently though- since the “we’re open late” sign at the top has been added- the app will not open properly for me. I have to close out about two times before I can see my account info. Please fix!?

App mostly works great. Upon log in on my up to date iOS device - account details churn and fail to load. you need to nav to another screen like transfers and return to accounts for this to appear.

This would be a good app if it had a spot to respond with the code for two factor authentication. I get the code, but then there's no input available to put the code in the app.

This has always been a solid app, but since the iOS 18 update the quick balance widget has disappeared and I really enjoyed it and used it daily, now I’m sad without it.

I’ve been a Rivermark member for a few years now, since about 2016 or so. In that time I’ve never had an issue with the mobile app. In fact, I’d say it’s one of my preferred mobile banking apps, of all the institutions I’ve used so far.

The app has remained simple over the years, not becoming bloated, which I very much appreciate. It doesn’t get in your way, and lets you do everything you’d want to on mobile. 

The most recent change however, decreased the visual clarity between different accounts on the main screen. There needs to be another background color or something so that it is easier to see which numbers correspond to which account.

I can have every transaction pop up on my phone. Fraud charges I can see right away and everything is right here. 
Deposits, transfers, balances and everything. I love Rivermark.
