I patronize the Rivers casino in Pittsburgh on a weekly basis. What was nice was I could check promotions for the best day for me to go, check out the entertainment and restaurants. I won and the deleted her account and still haven’t giving me my money yet. I reached out to customer support and the main HQ and no response. They will take your money all day instantly , when you win and want to collect they make you provide information in my case that does not exist. Now i am stuck in limbo. I can’t play all the games and I am not able to collect the bonuses due to the fact you have to rotate your phone to play. No real information on the app, just basically tells you to go to the casino and find out! ### 1/5 — Dishonest promos *2021-02-21* They recently ran a promo for the super bowl that you would get $55 in free bets (five bets if $11) if you bet $55 on the super bowl. I made this bet and received the first $11 bet then was told that marketing took away the promo. I asked why and was not given a response as marketing is outsourced. Either give me a refund on the $55 bet I made, or give me a reason for why you are not honoring your promo. There are a lot of casino apps, your better off going with Hollywood Casino or Draftkings (or really anyone else). They all offer the same games, at least the other casinos have good customer service. ### 1/5 — Sub-par casino Sportsbook *2020-11-23* Rivers refuses to follow their more classy competition with below market app and doesn’t even have a Sportsbook app. Also refused to void the Purdue straight ML ticket vs Minnesota due to the horrendous call after their entire competition voided it ( DraftKings, FanDuel, and Pointsbet). I will never give them another dime and I’d advise you to do the same. Reminder you can’t even find an app you have to use a web browser on your phone like it’s 5-10 years ago. Forced my friends and I to use fox’s bet to place wagers. ### 1/5 — Buggy and Sloppy Overlay for Mobile Site *2019-06-26* This is a buggy and sloppy overlay for their mobile site. It’s not a true standalone application. Half of the sections just sloppily pull up the website. The games and sports book redirects to a browser. Even worse, clicking on “My Offers” from any other screen at any time forces a new login, even if you literally entered it a second earlier.
