I tried to contact the Help representative, but it’s difficult to send a message since there is no send button. I did speak to someone one time. And they told me to do all these things I did them and still no lifetime channel. They told me if it persist to get back in touch with them. I try today to get in touch with them and it’s impossible to send a message RiverTV. Because I never had access, I didn’t even know for certain that my account was active until I noticed a charge on my credit card after the trial ended. At that point, I tried to contact RiverTV and discovered there is no visible email address, phone number, or live chat support. I eventually had to message them through Facebook just to get a response. Despite explaining that I never received access credentials and was therefore unable to use or cancel the service, RiverTV refused to issue a refund, citing their non-refundable policy once billing occurs — even though the lack of access was entirely on their end. This experience felt unfair and frustrating. A trial subscription should provide basic access and reasonable customer support. I canceled this the day after I got it on my phone and then they charged me anyways and said I didn’t cancel it on their website. They literally make you cancel in multiple spots and refuse to refund you!
