This is the least dependable APP I have to use. Only works once in awhile at home, rarely when on the road. I’ve suggested that RiverWood should look at Affinity’s APP, it works always.

The app is terrible, I’m asked to change my password weekly. Very poor service. I have been with Riverwood for years, sence it’s beginning. Too bad.

Not very quick on showing recent purchases, sometimes weeks later on the account… all around D- experience.

I first started using this app 2 1/2 years ago when my husband was in the hospital 5 hours from home and I stayed near him for 3 months. It has been so helpful to be able to check balances, see debits and deposits, and deposit checks using my phone. I’ve only had one check held and it was made available as soon as the bank was able to do so.
