How RiveX works :
1. Signup using the email address by verifying it with an OTP sent to your inbox
2. Get started off by providing your personal info(not much just the name)
3. Top-up your spending wallet with the available packs in the Wallet section. Purchase can be done via any payment card(credit/debit/prepaid). It's as simple as buying a roaming pack for the mobile
4. Once the top-up is done, the spendable limit is displayed on the dashboard. You can then top-up history on the wallet screen
5. Wohoo...All set.! Now Scan & Pay across any merchant anytime, anywhere instantly from RiveX app
6. Track all the spending on the Transactions screen

I downloaded the app and wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I get an error message “something went wrong” when I attempt “Login by WhatsApp” or “Login by SMS.” I tried the app help but cannot submit any information. Also, the websites mentioned on Facebook or X don’t work? I don’t know where to get help. Does this app even work???

Was so stressed when I first arrived to India because I constantly needed lots of cash and atms can be hard to find (or are often empty) so this app was so helpful! It let me load cash from my credit card and then use it like a local around town via the QR codes at almost every restaurant and shop. Highly recommend! Also, the team is super responsive and helpful if any issues come up.

The app recognizes the gap travelers to India have while trying to navigate the secure UPI transactions. Makes using international credit cards very easy. Sign up was easy, customer service is top notch. I think they make it clear they don't store any critical information in-house. can’t wait to see where the next versions of this app goes!!

Great way to share money with family in india and have them use UPI to pay. In the past week have shared not only with my family in india but also friends visiting india without an Indian bank account. Paying in india without UPI is a hassle and this app solves a real pain point . Thank you guys !
