Couldn’t even make it through the signup process. Tried for ten minutes. Terribly designed. 

You guys need to hire a better app developer.

The Albany NY Taxi Service app is very easy to use! Booking a ride takes just a few seconds, and everything from airport transfers to local trips is simple and smooth. Highly recommend!
