Due to “dynamic” pricing “ the price doubled to make the change. It was considerably cheaper to make a new return booking from Riyadh . I was in chat with them to cancel the return leg and book a new return and was told the cancellation fee was £2,258 - 11,351 SAR !!!! Double the cost of the entire trip. Great customer service! If you get in, as hoc, it has no record of flights or any history. I would strongly encourage Riyadh Air to offer Starlink high-speed internet as a complimentary benefit to all loyalty-program members. A truly attractive air-miles programme could be a major differentiator in winning and retaining customers. I lived in Doha for eight years and travelled extensively with Qatar Airways, taking hundreds of flights between Doha, London and many other destinations. Their loyalty programme offered some excellent benefits and created strong customer loyalty. I hope Riyadh Air will go even further, offering innovative benefits and incentives to capture a significant share of the regional market and establish itself as the No. 1 airline well before Expo 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034. I wish Riyadh Air every success on this exciting journey. I live in Riyadh and look forward to continuing to fly with Riyadh Air and supporting its growth.
