I have been a customer for some time, but lately every payment I make to my usual recipients is placed on hold for no valid reason. On multiple occasions, I have been promised that the transfer would be processed, only for those promises to be broken and the money not to be sent. The same thing happened again today. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to was rude, shouted at me during the call, and misled me by assuring me that the payment would go through when it never did. In the end, I had no choice but to contact my bank to resolve the issue. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely money transfers. Based on my experience, I will never use Rizremit again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable money transfer service. ### 1/5 — Zero *2026-06-29, version 1.1.7* ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. I made a money transfer several days ago, and the funds have still not reached my beneficiary. I have contacted customer service multiple times, been promised callbacks that never happened, and have received nothing but the same generic email saying they are “waiting for their payout partner.” I have now requested that the transaction be cancelled and my money refunded, but I have received no response to my email. I also tried calling again today, and nobody answered the phone. At this point, my money has neither been delivered nor refunded, and I have been left completely in the dark. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Poor customer service to the extent of them dropping off my call while I was talking. I have never felt unsafe and terrified after a transaction like this before. Use Riz Remit at your own risk, at a point I felt I’ve been scammed. Very bad service ### 1/5 — Avoid RizRemit – Transfers Never Go Through *2026-02-09, version 1.1.7* Very unreliable my transfers never go through, something always happens and there's always delay. You end up having to chase customer service everytime. Repeating yourself to them and basically begging for your transfer to be paid. The recipient was left believing I had lied about sending the funds. That reputational damage was caused entirely by this company’s failure to perform their core function reliably. Customer support responses were slow and inconsistent, and at no point did it feel like the issue was handled with urgency or competence.
