### 1/5 — Did not deliver the service I paid for (AED 650)

Today is Saturday 21/09/2024. I have booked a PCR test service 4 hours ago and I received a confirmation email and also on the app showing my appointment between 10-11 PM tonight.  I was charged AED 650 for an ultra fast service and I received nothing.

1.  It is already 11:00 PM and no one showed up.
2.  Your 800 customer support number is alway giving a message that all lines are busy.
3.  Your +9714 number that came on your confirmation email, is an “out of service number”
4.  I also sent an email to your support team an hour ago and no one has responded to me.

Your owner Mr. Abdulla always giving speeches after speeches about being different and giving the best service, but I find your self is horrible and I demand my money back immediately, as I did not receive the service I have paid for.

The cleaners were not professional they did not show up. The app support is a total joke. The number doesn’t work. They rob you freely and will not refund me back. This app is run by thieves!!

They deduct your money when you book and then they don’t turn up to deliver service! And then you have to chase them to refund you!!!!!!

They canceled my appointment today for a deep cleaning which I paid 1,289 AED for without giving me prior notice. And I also traveled to make this appointment today. After thirty minutes of waiting— I called 4 times asking where the cleaning team is and why they are late— and finally on the 4th time, they realized that their cleaning team is on “holiday” today. All they did was apologize and refund. They didnt even bother to try to bring someone else to clean. What a shameful company. They could have called me in the morning to tell me nobody was coming and I wouldn’t have traveled to make it—only to find that nobody was coming to clean. 30 minutes after the appointment time. When I called them the first 3 times, they had no idea that their entire cleaning time was on holiday. It took them a while to figure this out.

فاسترجع المحفظة من سنة على حسابي الاماراتي ومافي خيار احوله لحسابي السعودي ولا في خيار استرجاع الفلوس لحسابي البنك !!!!! رجعو لنا فلوسنا

You schedule a service and clear your time for it after you get confirmation from their customer service but all what you get is waiting in vain as it’s never there ! No one to call or follow up with and no accountability. When finally someone answered they blamed me for not reporting it earlier and blamed the service provider for no commitment! Very unprofessional and definitely will NOT recommend it for anyone nor use it ever !

Booked 5 times with them. 3 times home cleaning and 2 times car wash.
- 2 first home cleaning were pretty bad. The person didn’t even finish 60% of what any other usual cleaner do from other services. Last one was a complete mess, the cleaner spent 2 hours on a 8 sq meter kitchen. Wasn’t even 10% of what a regular would do. Asked for someone else to finish the job but they never bothered. 
- 1st car wash the guy didn’t turn up at the appointment and I had to call to have a refund. I mean seriously? Why do I need an app then? Second was ok hence the 1 star rating
