Absolutely terrible company. I booked a PCR test with them in December 2021 and paid extra to have the results quicker. Not only did they exceed the time, I have now been waiting 3 whole months for a refund of AED 250. I have been following up every single week with their team and still nothing. So unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Unreliable Middle Man *2022-02-20* I booked an express PCR home service test. Prior to booking I called and asked if there is a chance of delay or not, as I needed to catch a flight for an emergency. I was assured there won’t be any issues, so I booked express service. The PCR test didn’t come on time. I followed up via call and chat, and it turns out they are just a middle man between the Lab and me. They couldn’t give any update and recommended to keep checking email and AlHosen app. The result came after 14 hours and not within 7 hours as booked and paid. Besides not making to the flight, I followed up few times for refund. Never received apology or refund. Stay away from this app. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thank you for your review. Lied and said they came my hotel . No attempt to contact me and didn’t answer my 10+ calls AVOID THIS COMPANY ### 1/5 — Use if you love risk and hate reward *2022-02-05, version 1.4.8* Purchased 3 rapid PCR tests. “Hero” showed up an hour late. Test results never arrived despite repeated calls and help texts. Going to be stranded in a foreign country because we can’t get new tests timely. Highly do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Poor service, lack of customer service and no refund one month later *2022-02-02, version 1.4.8* We ordered three urgent PCR tests for which the same day for which no one turned up and we had to rush to find an alternative so we didn’t miss our flights. We were promised a refund within 10 to 14 days one month later after three emails and numerous phone calls. We still do not have a refund and whenever we speak to customer services no one returns our calls when they say they will do once reviewing the case. We are still waiting for refund today. ### 1/5 — Scam! Don’t use! Took my money and didn’t provide service *2022-01-27* I was just trying to book a pcr test at home, system took money from my account and didn’t book a service. Called customer care and they said they can’t do anything about it and can’t provide service if it’s not reflected on their end as booked. They suggested to try to book again and dispute charge, seriously??? So I should try again and you will have double amount from me with service provided??? Customer service is horrible they never answer. The zombie they sent to me took the vents to install it on a new window and he never showed up. I will make sure that they will pay for this. No one responded and no one showed up. That was yesterday. We waited all that time for them when we could have got the service from someone else. As 2pm came I called their hotline over 20 times and got no response, I later received a call at 3pm that my pcr would be rescheduled because they’re busy and the earliest appointment would be at 5-6pm, I told the man that I had paid 700le extra for a fast pcr so the least they could do is return that 700le difference as the man coming to do the pcr is arriving at the time I expected my results and I was rudely shut down and told that it doesn’t matter. After all that the man who came to do the pcr came at 6:30pm and told me I’d be expecting my results in 24 hours (mind you the 24 hour results cost 500 le and I had paid for the 4 hours results which cost 1200 le) Ridiculous and an absolute rip off!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ### 2/5 — Wouldn’t use again *2022-01-16, version 1.4.8* The number of services they have are great but twice I’ve been offered a time for booking that they could not meet. That means plans are cancelled and you left waiting around for them to become available. If they can’t make sure their booking is accurate and reliable, don’t offer a timed booking service. ### 1/5 — Unresponsive customer service and unreliable services *2022-01-14, version 1.4.8* Tried to reach them with no feedback, I tried them for a PCR test. their representative didn’t show up at the scheduled time. The results were not delivered on the scheduled time. and most probably the results are not accurate and not reliable . ### 1/5 — Not reliable for PCR test *2022-01-14, version 1.4.8* Bad experience with the PCR test, should not rely on them. They do not hesitate to lie and tell you that your residence area is not covered when they call you last minute to cancel your appointment. Too bad for them, my wife had he PCR test with them just the day before at the exact same address so the “you are not covered” lie did not work with me and instead they asked me to wait another day to get my PCR test which was obviously not a valid option for me. They tried nothing to help. To avoid if you need a reliable PCR testing service. ### 1/5 — App is good but service is terrible. *2022-01-13, version 1.4.8* To summarise, if you want to risk it Rizek it!!!! Tried app 2 times first time they were only 3 hours late. Booked a service 2nd time. Services was not assigned, contacted support who were polite but not helpful. Time passed and was not contacted, by a hero (as they call them). I needed a pcr for travel and wasted time waiting for someone to arrive. While booking was confirmed it was not assigned to anyone. Appointment time passed and still not assigned to anyone, this is after several follow-up with live chat that did not respond for 2.5 hours. ### 1/5 — Horrible absolutely horrible *2022-01-11* The service went fine the first 2 times I used the app. The last 2 services were awful though, service provider turning up hours late and sloppy cleaning. The last time the cleaners arrived, they left my carpet sopping wet (no idea how or why) some shopping bags (with items) went missing and I tried to contact customer service for days trying to locate them. The only response I got over days was “we’re checking”. In addition to the items lost, I’ve now had to hire another company to completely wash and clean my carpet and I have now given up any hope of locating said shopping bags. Strongly do no recommend this app, especially with so many other companies out there offering the same services and decent customer services. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Did not deliver the service I paid for (AED 650) *2024-09-21, version 1.5.5* Today is Saturday 21/09/2024. I have booked a PCR test service 4 hours ago and I received a confirmation email and also on the app showing my appointment between 10-11 PM tonight. I was charged AED 650 for an ultra fast service and I received nothing. 1. It is already 11:00 PM and no one showed up. 2. Your 800 customer support number is alway giving a message that all lines are busy. 3. Your +9714 number that came on your confirmation email, is an “out of service number” 4. I also sent an email to your support team an hour ago and no one has responded to me. Your owner Mr. Abdulla always giving speeches after speeches about being different and giving the best service, but I find your self is horrible and I demand my money back immediately, as I did not receive the service I have paid for. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-05-30, version 1.5.5* Are you guys still in business? The app support is a total joke. The number doesn’t work. They rob you freely and will not refund me back. And then you have to chase them to refund you!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Canceled my appointment without noticd *2023-04-21* They canceled my appointment today for a deep cleaning which I paid 1,289 AED for without giving me prior notice. And I also traveled to make this appointment today. After thirty minutes of waiting— I called 4 times asking where the cleaning team is and why they are late— and finally on the 4th time, they realized that their cleaning team is on “holiday” today. All they did was apologize and refund. They didnt even bother to try to bring someone else to clean. What a shameful company. They could have called me in the morning to tell me nobody was coming and I wouldn’t have traveled to make it—only to find that nobody was coming to clean. 30 minutes after the appointment time. When I called them the first 3 times, they had no idea that their entire cleaning time was on holiday. No one to call or follow up with and no accountability. When finally someone answered they blamed me for not reporting it earlier and blamed the service provider for no commitment! The person didn’t even finish 60% of what any other usual cleaner do from other services. Last one was a complete mess, the cleaner spent 2 hours on a 8 sq meter kitchen. Wasn’t even 10% of what a regular would do. Asked for someone else to finish the job but they never bothered. - 1st car wash the guy didn’t turn up at the appointment and I had to call to have a refund. I mean seriously?
