I purchased this program a year ago my phone just died I purchased new phone install the app on new phone now they are demanding $9.99 payment…..it is not a life time payment

**Developer response:** Please install the app from the AppStore's Purchase History. There you will find the original RLM-11C that you may purchase at that time. 
We say that because we have to create a new app with the same name in order to offer a 30 days free trial without any commitment, which is the RLM-11CX version 2.1.4
Other causes should be target to Apple  customer service because all the sales, payments and installation processes are completely controlled by them. We can't do anything about.

I’ve been using an HP-11C for 30 years, and RLM’s HP-11C simulators for dozens of years. I’m very happy to see it available for iOS. Keep up the good work!
