## What is RLQuest?

RLQuest turns the world outside your door into a game.

Every morning you get a handful of quests. Walk two kilometres. Photograph a rock arch. Find a boundary stone nobody has looked at in fifty years. Stand somewhere at sunrise. Each one is small enough to do today and specific enough to be worth doing.

WHAT YOU GET

- Daily quests, chosen for where you are and how much time you have
- An exploration map that fills in as you walk, tile by tile
- Over a million real places across Europe: castles, lighthouses, viewpoints, springs, city gates
- XP, levels, streaks and a book of achievements
- Seasonal expeditions that run for one season and then are gone

WHAT IT IS NOT

Not a fitness tracker. No calories, no rings to close, no lectures about your step count.

Not a feed. Your photos are proof for you, not content for strangers. There is no timeline, no likes, no chat.

Not a scavenger hunt you do once. RLQuest is a habit, not an event. You open it in the morning and it asks what you are doing today.

HOW IT WORKS

Quests are assigned, not browsed. That is the point: a catalogue makes you choose, and choosing is what keeps people on the sofa. A rain quest arrives on a rainy day. A frost quest arrives when it has actually frozen. A quest about a castle arrives when there is one near you.

Verification is real. A photo quest checks the photo. A walking quest measures the walk. Nothing is awarded for tapping a button.

PRIVACY

The map stores which areas you have entered, not where you were. Your location is not sold, not shared and not used for advertising. Photos stay on your device unless a quest needs one as proof, and then they are deleted afterwards.

PREMIUM

More quests per day, offline maps, seasonal expeditions and deeper statistics. Premium extends the game. It does not hold it hostage.

Go outside. Complete quests. Level up.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Your map can now fill in while your phone stays in your pocket — you'll find the option on the map itself.

Your year of birth is optional now when you start out. You can add it any time in Settings.

And everyone gets one streak guard a month — one rainy day no longer costs you the whole run.

A quest whose day is over no longer sits on your home screen.

When finishing one doesn't work out, the heading now tells you what actually happened – “That day is over” instead of “Quest failed”.

And if you travel or move, your quests follow the time where you are.

You can now try Premium for free. We only offer it once you've finished your first quest, not before.
