All the time you have to login
Sometimes even twice when you for example going through different features.

Our school has just moved over from another platform to this one. It is so unbelievably basic in its design an operation, it is a clear display of a money grab with no passion.

The main issues I have are:
Having to log in using an email address and password each time. There is NO support for autofill passwords - trying to do so kicks the users back to a ‘accept terms’ screen. This means having to manually enter details - no, you can’t copy a paste, as soon as you leave the app, you get kicked back.  This means memorable passwords are best, reducing security.
I am logged out all the time, making the process above even more frustrating - what about using biometric logins?

The messaging is awful - with no way to ‘mark as read’ or delete. You have to open each message one at a time (and then you have to wait for it to open).

The ‘feedback’ function… leads to a dead page!

Then you go to ‘bookings’ and you have to Log in… again!!!

This is supposed to be an app for busy parents, but is a source of massive time wasted… I wish our school had moved elsewhere.

As other reviews have said, very clunky login. If you use a password manager it won’t auto-populate on the login screen as the app reverts back a screen at every attempt so you have to copy and paste a password in to login. 

When logged in, the interface isn’t the easiest and unfortunately you can’t bulk mark messages as read either. So if you have several children at a school with bulk messages it’s not easy to mark the duplicates as read without clicking on every message, very frustrating.

Worst app I ever used. Mandatory by school but painful to login and very poor structure. Its AI era and this app seems based on very old system. 

I have to use it bcz of kids school and will never recommend any other organisation to use this.

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use. It never remembers me (despite ticking the ‘Remember Me’ box each time I have the misfortune of having to use it). It also never recognises either my user name or password, and won’t allow password autofill.

IF you can actually get into the App. Not easy as due to being rubbish you cannot use username/password autofill. Along with the absolutely pointless ‘remember me’ option, clearly put in as a joke feature, just to torment you that little bit more. The App constantly FAILS to load properly or kicks you out. Such a clunky UI resembling something a Year-8 would be ashamed to admit to creating.
