You could see all the courts at once, and see which were available. There is much competition for courts at our facility, and it is cumbersome to have to back out of the reservation process to see what courts are available as they get taken. At the moment we are able to reserve, the courts get snapped up quickly, in less than a second. ### 1/5 — Slow and cumbersome to use *2021-04-15* Both the app and the website are terrible. Functionality is clunky and slow performance is ridiculous. Most of the time I just skip reserving and just show up. How the team that runs this platform can charge clubs for its use is beyond ridiculous. The app is entirely unusable to create a reservation as there’s no scrolling in the “amenities” section. There’s no capability to simply view the status of courts without going through the reservation workflow. The web app used to be the best option but that’s seen broken JavaScript lately. The fact that you have to scroll down and see each court is such a pain. Username and password don’t work. It’s asking for an email address and doesn’t give you the option to create an account. My husband had the same thing occur. Now we cannot reserve a court :( ### 1/5 — What were they thinking? *2021-01-09* This upgrade is not an upgrade at all. The old version was way better—kind of like a B movie that had a cult following—not great, but campy and it did the job. The second try at this updated version needs to go back to the development team. You cannot see the entire court availability from one’s phone or tablet. It’s annoying. The colors are nice, but that’s it. People were having trouble seeing all the courts for paddle and tennis. The old version had all courts at once. With this one, you have to link to the club for paddle in order to see the courts. It should provide all the courts at once. Too many design flaws. ### 1/5 — Getting it to work??? *2021-01-09, version 1.1.1* It is very unstable. Setting up my SignOn was difficult. Logging on is a pain. Sometimes it works. Sometimes NOT. But it won’t let you pick a time slot even though it shows the time slots available. ### 1/5 — Fairly Useless *2024-09-18* I can reserve a court, but not see any of the many clinics my neighborhood schedules. I can’t see available clinics, much less sign up for them. Reserving a court is cumbersome at best. Even on my phone, using the web site is a better choice every time. It is so bad they need to invent a new way to score apps with negative numbers. ### 1/5 — Installed and immediately deleted… *2021-06-23* After reading many of the reviews, I decided to download the app anyway, because I had just visited the web site and said to myself “it couldn’t be that bad because I could navigate through the web version pretty well”. In the web version, you can flip your tablet or phone and see all the courts and quickly scroll through the times to see what’s available - not so in the app. All the “zero” star ratings are justified. Use the website. ### 1/5 — Sad clumsy app *2021-06-08, version 1.1.1* The older app had many shortcomings. The new app decided to add to all those shortcomings, and make it a miserable experience. Shame. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Very Functional Court Reservation App!! *2022-11-29* I like how simple this app is to use and how it’s limited to seeing your schedule, court availability, making reservations, and club announcements. ### 3/5 — Wonky *2021-08-07* There’s no way to edit a reservation that I can see. If there is it’s very well hidden. I’ve tried to drag & drop but that doesn’t work. On the website it’s very clear how to edit. This is a real defect & needs to be corrected. Hard to navigate the main menu, hard to pick courts, just cumbersome. Keep trying to get it right, though! ### 2/5 — New iOS app, meh *2020-11-17* Well, you can log in through the app and book a court, but all the functionality you’d want is missing. I want to be able to look at all the courts at once in a table like the old website. Some courts are better than others and if possible its nice to not have someone next to you. On the app, you have to click each court one by one then scroll to the time slot. If it’s booked, click the next one then...scroll again to the time slot and so on. You also can’t see who booked any court, which I check all the time. I want to see where my friend booked us, or I want see who it is that booked a court and never showed. I also know certain names on a reservation means it’s a lesson, which I don’t want to be next to.
