I get a square with a blue line going up and down and a button on the bottom that turns the light in. I am using Apple Pro Max 16. The manufacturer needs to get someone who knows how to build apps to work on both IPhone and Android. ### 2/5 — Worked, but has annoying features *2024-04-24* The app works fine to control both sides of a split king bed sold by Sven and Son. Setup is fairly easy but there is no help at all in the app. If you don’t have the bed user manual in hand you’ll never figure out what to do from the app. Once installed and initially set up, the app allows you to control multiple devices and to assign a name SMT photo to them. Unfortunately, the name and photo are not shown on the remote control screen, so you can’t see which bed you are controlling except by hitting a control and seeing which one reacts. There is a 4-character label (GGRM) on screen, and you can change what it says, but it isn’t saved. It just goes back to the original every time. The app should show the name you entered under Settings. ### 1/5 — Zero Stars Really *2024-04-11, version 5.93.248* I’ve never seen such poorly supported software. Very easy to pair, duplicates the physical remote that came with the base and actually is better since the buttons on the iPhone app are lighted without touching them. So maybe previous versions didn't work as well but this version is excellent. ### 5/5 — No QR code? *2026-02-11, version 21.3.4* If you have two beds, unplug your partner’s bed first, open the app and allow permissions, select your device number, tap the top-right text field, type EXRN, do the same for your partner and you’re done. Can’t believe how hard it was to figure out not having a QR code ### 5/5 — 10/10 *2024-05-10* Works excellent with Richmat base. Have had no issues whatsoever. Make sure your Bluetooth is on. That said most basic adjustable bed features work. ### 2/5 — Won’t work on my iPhone *2026-08-04* This app needs work it works on my iPad but will not work on my iPhone. I f the bed is connected to another device it will not connect even when the app is closed oh the other device.
