## What is RMFA?

RM Fitness Assessment (RMFA) is the complete fitness-test companion for the bleep test — built for anyone training to pass a fitness standard, and for the instructors who assess them using the Multi-stage Fitness Test (Bleep Test), Press Ups, Sit Ups and Pull Ups.

Press play and go. The 20-metre multi-stage fitness test (MSFT / bleep test) runs to its official audio while your level, shuttle, distance and estimated VO₂ max update live on screen. No counting, no stopwatch, no spreadsheets.
