Does whoever designs the app and impersonal portals ever try them out and test their efficiency as a customer ? So much information, clarity and transparency missing on a portal that seems set up to replace personal contact and accountability. Extremely inefficient system leading to much frustration and 'talking' to equally useless chatbots when things inevitably fail. RMG however are very efficient at chasing your money but extremely inefficient and suspect in providing the transparent and diligent cost effective service and management that is paid for. They have much to improve and this App merely shows their failings further in being able to. It is merely a failed App at best linking to a failed Portal reflecting incompetence and lack of respect/duty to those customers trapped in leaseholds, subject to their ever rising and often unsubstantiated costs and very high management fees for little value. I have deleted the App as it only wastes valuable phone memory. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-02-18, version 13.000* Not working since welcome to WinterbrookMeadows email ### 1/5 — Calling this an app is a step too far *2025-02-18, version 13.000* It’s a web view for the website. It’s slow, it crashes and the UX is abysmal. ### 1/5 — Dreadful App *2024-12-28, version 13.000* This App is really badly designed and has poor functionality. My account information is completely incorrect. It says that I’ve paid all my bills although I’ve been sent an invoice for over £2k. Took me ages to speak to anyone and then it was remotely… claimed they’d fixed my dropdown menu but it just looks the same. Still can’t see or pay my bill on the App. Tried to set up a direct debit which seems to have disappeared into a black hole! Unfit for purpose. It sent me a one time code which tried to make me change my perfectly good password. Then I tried again and the new code expired after 2 minutes not the limit of 30 mins. I’m only trying to pay and set up my billing! ### 1/5 — Garbage. Not even an app. *2024-09-09, version 12.3.1* This is just their website in a web frame. And it wouldn’t even let me log-in. Completely useless. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Cr*p *2024-08-02, version 12.3* This is THE WORST app I have ever used. Takes forever to load, keeps crashing, can’t make payment. I’m trying to give you money. The website is even worse. Absolutely dreadful app to match an absolutely dreadful company. If I could give this 0 stars I would. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2024-07-26, version 12.3* An awful app for a terrible company. I’ve had so many issues with RMG, and today’s is not being able to pay my bill because the app won’t work. ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2024-06-22, version 12.2* This is a terrible app for an even more terrible company. Notification badge that won’t go away, information won’t open when the app finally decides to open and when it does, pointless information regarding the flats at the end of the road that I don’t live in! What’s the point in a management company when the street is a tip and the houses are starting to look so out dated because everyone is scared to change anything in case they get taken to court. Honest to god, if you want to buy a house and you see RMG or other management companies, think twice, it’s £200 a year to just worry about painting your front door anything other than white or any other little thing. ### 1/5 — Max *2024-06-08, version 12.2* I have been emailed to say I have an outstanding charge even though I have a direct debit set up. When viewing the outstanding charge on the app there is no outstanding charge. I then proceed to try and view my direct debit that I have set up and it doesn’t allow me to view it. So I attempt to set one up and it says I already have one that exists. Seems as though since the app updated, nothing correlates with the information previously set up. This is an absolutely awful app considering the importance it holds. The website is exactly the same and is not user friendly at all. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star review. Also I’m not sure who gave it 5 stars I’m guessing the person who set the thing up… ### 1/5 — Mystery notification badge *2024-05-09, version 12.2* Once again the app has been updated but the mystery notification badge remains - everything would seem to have been read or actioned in the app but the badge remains.
