### 1/5 — Please fix or remove

*2023-07-09*

Please fix this horrid app or remove it from the AppStore and shut the software down. This is awful and has actually made my life worse because of this app. The grading makes no sense, the “pitch perfecter” is garbage, the videos displayed in the app are useless, and there is no reason why we have to watch so many sponsorship sections, or see the horribly designed transition that takes up 30 seconds of each video we are forced to watch.

### 1/5 — Terribly underwhelming

*2023-05-02*

As told by most other reviews, the voice recognition is absolutely abysmal. My experience included asking open-ended questions and receiving close-ended type responses. Other than that, I’m not sure why they call this an ai? By definition maybe it is but in comparison to other ai services rnmkrs can be best compared to the Stone Age. The “ai” does not learn from your conversation or have a memory of most aspects of the conversation. It feeds you pre written responses that are initiated by certain keywords. For example, I once called the ai profane names yet mentioned the sales points and it moved ahead as if nothing had happened. Terrible tool for teaching because it provides no real aspects of a practical conversation.

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2023-04-14*

The AI in this app is terrible and can’t understand anything you say. The fact that my college class that I spend thousands of dollars on used this as a way to grade my selling performance is wild to me. Awful app, made the worst class I’ve ever taken.

### 1/5 — I’d give it 0 if I could

*2023-04-13*

The bot works great during the practice role plays, however when it comes time for the competition it doesn’t understand what you are saying, don’t waste 20+ hours of practice only to score horribly because of the terrible AI software, I’d give the app 0/5 stars if I could

### 1/5 — Would put 0 stars if I could

*2023-04-13*

Worst app I have used as a learning tool. The voice recognition is abysmal and the conversations are not natural. I prepared well for the competition and even so, the ai couldn’t correctly interpret what I said and ended up going in circles of conversation. Awful that my grade in a class depended on it. If you are a teacher, never use this… Please…

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2023-04-11*

This app is old, outdated, does not understand what you are saying, won’t give you real responses, and not realistic to sales at all. No one should use this app to teach in sales.

### 1/5 — Needs Development

*2023-04-06*

It is a good idea, but needs a lot more work before being published.

### 1/5 — Just No

*2023-03-07*

The voice recognition is horrible. I understand it is AI but there is only 5-6 things that the bot will say back to you and you get no real feedback. You could say the exact same thing and get a high score on one and a low score on the other. Glitches out every time I try to use it. Absolutely horrible. Teachers please don't make this a grade for your students.

### 1/5 — I would give it less if I could

*2023-03-05, version 2.20*

Voice recognition is from the 90’s. App is broken I’m almost everyday. Crazy how my grade depends on this glitchy mess. Potential teachers looking at this, please save your students sanity by not using this. I became a top 5% competitor and I truly still have no idea how. If I’m top 5% I can’t imagine how poor this is for other students. Also app privacy is terrible. Mic is on 24:7 so most likely listening in on you.

### 1/5 — Worst App Ever

*2023-02-21, version 2.20*

PROFESSORS PLEASE LISTEN!

Find an alternative, this is possibly the worst app on the App Store. I have learned more about anger management from this app than I’ve learned about sales. I don’t think I can go into detail without half of my words being expletives.

STAY AWAY

### 1/5 — RNMKRS

*2022-11-16, version 2.10*

Don’t know where to start.
1) Bot doesn’t pick up what you’re saying most of the time
2) App is slow

### 1/5 — Worst app ever!

*2022-11-13, version 2.10*

The guy doesn’t understand what you are saying. the app changes what you are saying to a non sense sentence.

### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible

*2022-10-20, version 2.08*

Does not help with sales at all. Not realistic at all.

### 1/5 — The worst “school” app ever

*2022-10-20, version 2.08*

Doesn’t understand simple words. Freezes and gives a 0 score after a 10 min convo.

### 1/5 — Review

*2022-10-20, version 2.08*

If your ever looking to punish somebody make them use this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2024-04-28*

This all is absolutely painstaking to use. The “ai” doesn’t listen to a thing you say and instead provides you with the same responses every time. It’s a joke. The conversation goes in circles and it doesn’t know how to respond to any questions. This app needs some serious work.

### 1/5 — Sales Practice - Miserable

*2024-04-11*

We had to run through sales practices with this bot to help us improve? Improve what? I have no idea. The answers the app wants from you are way too specific. Two sentences worded slightly different could mean the same thing, this bot would only take one of them.

The answers it was looking for were also way too leading for it to be used as productive advice for any real life sales meeting. The artificial intelligence is simply not there for this type of work, and for them to act as if it is working as intended is baffling to me.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2024-04-09*

Worst app ever, they don't even send me a log in/welcome email in the beginning, and then for some reason the day before the sales competition my app just won't let me click on the spring 2024 role-play. So now I can't do anything, it's full of bugs and the animation is crappy. I feel sorry for all of us that have had to use it.

### 1/5 — It’s so boring and repetitive

*2024-04-06*

Once you get a a sales pitch down your done. It only takes maybe 3 or 4 tried to get a high score then you just read the exact same script over and over and maybe chance someone small here or there to improve the scores. The AI also is terrible at listing. If you have any agent at all, southern or foreign or what have you, it won’t understand.

### 1/5 — Sorry you had to use this

*2023-11-12*

One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use. It’s mandatory for my class. I want to take a hammer to my phone every time I use this app. The app is extremely outdated and messes up words you say regularly so you have to keep repeating yourself. Just figure out which key words to say to finish your roleplay as quick as possible.

### 1/5 — Not even close to adequate for student use

*2023-11-03*

This app is awful, plain and simple. The UI looks like it came from early 2010s applications, to start. The voice recognition for the AI is atrocious, and you have to precisely sound out words half the time. If one is wrong? Poof, your entire sentence wastes time because the AI only responds correctly to a preset collection of lines. If you respond incorrectly, even by one word, you won’t get the right response. It is not dynamic, at all, and is a terrible way to teach sales students because it encourages memorizing select lines rather than organic conversation.

Sales professors, DO NOT USE THIS APP. Make your own event and avoid this garbage.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2023-10-25*

Required for my class and it’s the worst app ever. Horrible tool for learning. The bot doesn’t pick up what you say and it doesn’t describe how the sales process goes.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2023-10-22*

I am being forced to complete the AI training for part of a grade. The AI does not remember answers, so it will ask you repeatedly until you hit it’s internal timeline. It also only accepts specific wording and does not correctly interpret voices to text. I would say a 5 minute chat with an actual human would provide a much better selling learning experience than any amount of time on this app. It makes me view Dell as a company much more negatively just because they had a hand in making this god forsaken app.

### 1/5 — Horrible app SHOULDN’T BE GRADED

*2023-09-26*

Many of the good reviews are clearly written by the developer. The software is HORRIBLE, the voice recognition is awful and the bot is brain dead. No matter what you say it will not give you the points even if you clearly address the exact thing that it is asking. If your professor is using this as a grade please BEG them to reconsider

### 1/5 — Complete trash

*2023-07-25*

Remove this from the App Store. The player profile must be filled out online prior to logging into the app. The questions asked are ridiculous. It requires you to have a linked in account. The app is almost 1gb, it’s huge. The voice “ai” commands are worse than a 2009 Mercedes voice command system. This is just dated, trash and unhelpful. In fact, it’s so unhelpful, it works in reverse.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It challenges them beyond their comfort zone

*2023-10-17*

I don’t know anyone who likes to role play. That being said, this is what the tech does-this app gives my students a chance to practice the sales conversation. It keeps them accountable and gives feedback right away. In the beginning, it is really challenging for them to build a new habit and over time they get better and more competent. I’m grateful we have a way to give them individual coaching because I am only one faculty at the university. The best way to help students succeed is to support them and encourage them to stick with it. They will get better by purposeful practice. Sometimes my students don’t realize how much it helps until they begin working in sales and they finally appreciate the process they learned when they are outperforming their peers.

### 5/5 — Beat the game

*2023-09-07*

If you can beat these games you learn stuff you can use.

### 5/5 — Superb Software

*2023-08-22*

I can’t tell you how instrumental this software has been in developing my understanding of what’s possible when great technology meets a big problem (no way to otherwise practice a sales conversation).

### 5/5 — Really Cool way to learn the Sales Process

*2022-12-06, version 2.10*

This app has been so helpful in teaching the sales process and the fundamental of sales. I would 10 out of 10 recommend trying this out!

### 5/5 — Decent App

*2022-09-27, version 2.07*

Interface is kind of old, however it is a great app with practice.

### 3/5 — Good way to learn about Sales

*2022-12-06, version 2.10*

It was a great way to learn the structure of a sales call but it could use some improvements. As a participant, I think it would have helped prepare me better if we had to improvise more. I always knew what the bot was going to respond with, which is very unrealistic in the real world. I think with a little improvement, this app could be a fantastic way to help students learn about the sales world!

### 2/5 — Could Be Better

*2022-04-06, version 1.07*

This app is not it. Tried to use for class and it is not user friendly. 1. is not very good at picking of words 2. why is the rain graphics so long 3. You have to literally fly through your pitch perfect or script to make it in 90 secs. 4. Uploading a video is complicated. I like the concept. But more can be improved.

### 2/5 — App Not Working

*2022-02-27, version 1.06*

I’ve been trying to make my app work and it hasn’t. The videos stop in the beginning and does not continue. The sound wasn’t working, so I put headphones on and it did. But the videos not being able to continue, continues to be a problem.
