### 2/5 — It’s not all cracked up to be

*2026-08-29, version 3.96.0*

So, it is helpful as far as losing weight is, but that nice little “start at 30$” you see is just to get started. Once you get approved you immediately get charged for $199. I changed it to a 3 month program thinking it was supposed to charge me $249 every three months and that was it. Lo and behold it charges you $349 every month on top of that $249 every three months. Definitely gets super pricey in the long run. I may come back when I’m better off financially but good lord that pricing is brutal

### 1/5 — Careful they are deceptive

*2026-08-05, version 3.93.0*

The GLP-1 meds are a minimum $300, not the $150 they advertise. They fail to make clear that to get access to the GLP-1 you have to have a minimum $150 a month membership. Insanity

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-04, version 3.93.0*

When i made my order i received seen a shipment date which i thought was weird i didnt pay much attention to it, 3 days later i get a text saying my package was delivered to my house so i go a check for it and there was nothing there, i text the support bot about it, they tell me to give it a 72 hour wait period because that happens sometimes. 86 hours later i still have received nothing now i must wait 1-3 days to hear back, very disappointing especially considering all the positive reviews

### 1/5 — Lied about $39 first month

*2026-07-31, version 3.93.0*

Charged $39 to do a “health assessment” when the promo offered the first moment for $39 and then wanted to charge $300 for a prescription. Avoid!

### 1/5 — No customer service

*2026-07-22, version 3.91.0*

You cannot speak to a live person here, they also hide their phone number and if you find it on consumer's sites they will never answer. Want a refund? Dispute with your bank because they will never answer mails or calls. A Scam!

### 1/5 — Poor communication, no extra confrontation before being charged for medication

*2026-07-18, version 3.91.0*

I decided to try RO after seeing many influencers post that they had a good experience with it, and wanted to see if prices were different. I’ve been using HERS. RO’s communication is slow, they’re telling me I did not answer that I was already on a GLP1 (I did. It also asked about my dosage and side effects on it, not sure what happened on their side). They charged and processed me for a prescription (dosage much lower than what I’m already on) with no additional confirmation. Thankfully was able to cancel it and get refunded, disappointed to have lost the initial $35 member fee. But I refuse to continue to use this app. If you are wondering if you should go with this or HERS, go with HERS.

### 3/5 — Great but you’ll be charged double

*2026-07-16, version 3.91.0*

Ro and its services are a great however beware that you need to pay for your medication AND a monthly subscription fee. Even though I read things throughly it was not very clear that this would be the case until I was charged $300 in my first month.

### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP

*2026-07-14, version 3.91.0*

There is no customer service! I had to ask two questions but they made my go through a questionnaire to ask the questions then they only answered one and was an AI answer that you can find on their FAQ. It’s BS!!!! You are wasting your money to go with this company and inject something in your body when they don’t respond within a timely manner and never answer your questions like a real person.

### 5/5 — Bob

*2026-07-14, version 3.91.0*

Great service

### 1/5 — Scammy

*2026-07-13, version 3.91.0*

Please do not use them just go to a real doctor! They word things to make everything seem cheaper and just share your card doubles

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t be fooled

*2026-08-30, version 3.96.0*

Don’t be fooled by the “introductory” price of $39 for the first month because it’s actually an assessment fee. You still have to pay $149 after that for the first month. Sleezy

### 1/5 — App is not useful

*2026-08-24, version 3.95.0*

Whatever I may think about the services I get from Ro, and how much I pay for it, doesn’t matter. This app doesn’t offer any useful or helpful way to track details, or dosing. Not helpful as a reference in anyway. Use the built in calendar app on your mobile device and you will have a more helpful app.

### 1/5 — Freedom

*2026-08-23, version 3.95.0*

I like this app, but the billing is odd to me. I don't like not being able to adjust the dates that your membership comes out. You're billed $149 a month for your membership and $149+ for your medicine. You get no day really in how that scheduling is initially set up. It just goes off of the date you sign up. But I want to be able to choose my dates!! Because of this, I won't be able to continue using the app. But the medicine works. If you don't care about the payment schedule. Unfortunately, I do.

### 1/5 — “This is so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one.” -Tyra Banks

*2026-08-21*

Terrible service. No customer service number and if they have one it is extremely difficult to find. You have to message inside the app for any assistance and it takes 1-3 business days to get a response, unless they use AI to give you a general response. I paid for a 6 month subscription which doesn’t include the payment for the medication. I was able to get insurance coverage and holy moly was it a pain talking to three different companies (RO, my insurance company, Lilly manufacturer for a discount) with zero assistance from RO’s “support team”. The first month it was $25 for the medication + one month subscription. The next month I had to pay $798 for the medication along with their subscription fee of over $500 (six month subscription). Had to get a discount through the manufacturer which only took off $100 otherwise I would’ve had to pay $898. Again no support from the “support team” to guide me through the process. Everyone’s insurance coverage is different but RO was never able to provide help or give me a better understanding as to why the first month I only paid $25 even though my insurance coverage didn’t change and I never received one phone call from the “support team” to provide clarification or assistance on the matter. The company is terrible to work with and there are plenty of cheaper alternatives especially since there is no benefits for having the subscription other than you get prescribed medication if you qualify. If you have insurance coverage go through your doctor. If you want a service go to another company to receive it because you get a bill for breathing.

### 1/5 — Dishonest Misleading

*2026-08-17, version 3.95.0*

They represent a$39 fee if you qualify. That is Not for the medicine, it is recurring & can be as much as $149.00 a month on top of the medication cost

### 1/5 — Stole my money

*2026-08-15, version 3.94.0*

Stole my money and never shipped anything . Don’t use them!

### 1/5 — Unhelpful

*2026-08-14, version 3.94.0*

The “provider” that worked with me was entirely unhelpful and just looked for any reason to deny me service. She used the reason that I had a gallbladder problem 10 years ago, when I haven’t had any issues since, as an excuse to reject me. As someone who has tried so many other things to lose weight, this has really left me feeling hopeless.

### 1/5 — NOT GOOD APP

*2026-08-13, version 3.94.0*

I was charged twice for the same medication, and now I have to deal with getting the duplicate charge resolved.

The website shows that my medication order was submitted, but the app does not recognize my account, even though I’m using the exact same email address. There is also a major issue during setup: when I select that I don’t have insurance, the app kicks me out and then prevents me from logging back in.

The website works one way and the app works another. It’s extremely frustrating.

The professionals I’ve spoken with have been great, and the medical review, responses, and step-by-step process have been very good. The company seems professional and the service has potential, but the app and login system are terrible and need serious improvement.

I’m leaving this review hoping the company fixes these issues, because the technology does not currently match the quality of the professionals and the service.

### 1/5 — Charges

*2026-08-11, version 3.93.0*

Letter

### 1/5 — Trick pricing

*2026-08-09, version 3.93.0*

They will get you to sign up at one price say $74 a month. Have you pay the $39 to meet with their physician?. Then the price jumps up $40 to $50 a month from what you had previously agreed upon! Good luck getting the $39 back also.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to navigate

*2026-08-28, version 3.96.0*

I love how there are online healthcare providers. Whether you are insured or uninsured. It’s pretty affordable for a monthly payment. The app is easy to use. I’ve noticed since taking the pill, I’m not as hungry. I can go the whole day with one meal, and I’ll be full for the rest of the day. I’ve noticed I don’t crave snacking anymore. I used to eat for fun cause I was bored. Now, I drink plenty of water and at least get 30 mins of walking every day. I haven’t seen results in my body yet, but for sure I’m not as hungry. I’m in month one! It’ll take time to see results.

### 5/5 — So fast and easy process

*2026-08-23, version 3.95.0*

I love this app. I was approved and had my first prescription sent to my pharmacy in four days. It’s been 3 months and I’ve lost 28 pounds so far. I only pay $24 for my prescription no matter the dose. The refill check in are always on time and I have never had to wait for my next shot. This is such a convenient option! Thanks Ro!

### 5/5 — So easy

*2026-08-05, version 3.93.0*

This was so easy to get set up and use. Took like a day to do the medical assessment and for them to prescribe and send the best medication for me. And it was sent out in like a day or 2 for next day delivery. So worth it and so glad to be on my weight loss journey

The Ro app is very easy to use. You fill out the screens, submit your payment method and the product is shipped directly to you. There is a section on the questionnaire for any issues plus you can email. I have found Ro to be an excellent company making quality products accessible to those who need them . ### 5/5 — A Life Saver

*2026-07-22, version 3.91.0*

I had been hesitant to try GLP-1 medication for about a year. My internist kept encouraging me to give it a try but I was on so many other medications (all related to obesity) and I didn’t want add another one. Just stubborn I guess.

Then on YouTube, I saw a video featuring the CEO of Ely Lilly and he convinced me that there was little danger taking this drug and that it actually works. I had tried everything to lose weight and had little mobility so that was a concern too.

I was approved by RO.COM and they have been fabulous!
I started ZepBound QuickPen and continue to have no side effects and the weight is coming off! I have even started to exercise in my house with stepping movements- more movements and activity I have done in years. I really appreciate the continued feedback and help from RO.COM during this journey. I highly recommend this company.

### 5/5 — Outstanding Supporting

*2026-07-20, version 3.91.0*
