Can't see fuel receipts. No refills on drinks. Confusing point system. Employees at different locations all have different explanations. Can't start the pumps from the app. And they don't respond to emailed questions. Love's is currently head and shoulders better. Can’t see your reward points balance, can’t see your shower credits, and doesn’t even include all locations. Hopefully they will step it up and get their app on the right level to compete with LOVES. ### 5/5 — Management is breath of fresh air *2022-01-25, version 35.03.07* Was at Marshall road ranger on the 24 or 25th of this month and Shamika was absolutely a true blessing to us. She was very helpful and helped me step by step with my peloton entry which was very helpful and informative. Her customer service always makes me and my team driver feel right at home calling us by name and remembering our order which took us by complete surprise w all the customers that come thru there.
