Thank you again for your feedback and we hope that you continue enjoying the game! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Losing interest *2025-12-26* Random afk teammates making it so boring when i especially play 2v2 because my random teammates always went afk and i lose the battle and lose the point which i earned with my game skills and strategy but random teammates always gave zero support and they are keep doing it because there is no report option available and no penalty feature in this game…i am deleting this game for the only reason because it doesn’t male sense playing along with AFK players. ### 2/5 — Losing Points Because of Inactive Teammates *2026-07-12* The 2v2 matchmaking system really needs improvement. Many times my teammate either doesn’t play at all or appears to be online but stays inactive. In other cases, players are offline or facing network issues leaving the other player to fight alone. This is extremely unfair because the active player also loses points because of an inactive or disconnected teammate. Points should be deducted from the player who is offline or inactive not from the teammate who is actually trying to play the match. Also, if a player is offline or has serious network issues why does the game allow them to join the lobby in the first place? KRAFTON really needs to look into this and fix the system. It’s frustrating and disappointing to lose points because of something completely outside your control. ### 2/5 — Not for sour losers! *2024-03-11* I would give 5 star to this game but as others have suggested it doesn’t give you good troops and the matchmaking is with players having super mythic troops. Eventually you end up being a sour loser. However, I don’t understand how do you guys - Game team- is expecting one to play with only one mythic troop wherein others are bringing in 2 or 3 mythic troops…???? Well, I am just juggling b/w gladiator & contender league, Not fare!!! ### 2/5 — Matchmaking issue *2023-08-19* While match making earlier there was no issue while entering on battle field but now I get issue likely while matching its stuck on the matching screen and there is no way to enter to game or coming back I can only do one thing is direct come out but again I enter it shows the same issue ### 3/5 — Voice chat *2024-03-22* Can you please let us know how we access voice chat. And one more thing im not able to win the battles because you make matching with players whose troops are more advanced than me so you do the algorithms ryt so that the player who has equal lvl of troops can battle against each other if you cannot find players of same lvl troops its okay if we play with the bots too bug if we cannot even compete with players with advanced than us.. **Developer response:** Thank you for trying out Road to Valor: Empires. The only issue I have is that the net speed affects the performance of the game. Been playing for around 4 yrs now. But the irritating part is when big known players don’t play as partners to lesser known teams and just kill the game. Feels limited with short battles. ### 5/5 — Phone heating like hell and frame drop near to 10fps *2024-10-03* This is happening almost everytime now that as soon as the battle begins the phone start to heat like hell and drops the frames drastically. In order to reduce the load i even turned of the high graphics and music but it still is happening. I have an iphone XR and i used play it in high graphics on without any frame drops.
