The config lets you change formats, but not turn it off. So I attempted to try using yhe RoadCam app. I turn on the network on the camera, connect up that WiFi on my phone, click the camera to connect to the camera and after a few seconds you get a popup message saying “Kindly Reminder please connect the WifFi cameras” The WiFi is from the camera and should be connected because the app displayed the network name under the camera icon. But I cannot access the camera. I went to the product help link, and it eventually sent me back here.
