Also, their customer service sucks! We had been using a different program prior to RoadFS but quickly outgrew its capabilities. This transition was simple and smooth. Jody and the team are beyond helpful and always eager to make the product work for us in the best way possible. The program allows us to scan and track every vehicle and makes our billing process extremely efficient. In addition, it is an extremely affordable program. Our detail team loves that they can see what has been done previously on each vehicle without a lot of effort. I love the “back office” capabilities. Our detail managers are spending less time on paperwork and more time managing due to the FS system. I was a little hesitant about using the system at first because I’m old school( paper invoices) . But Jody made it simple he was very patient with my wife and I as well as our employees. We spent 3 days with Jody Shedrick, and not one of those days felt like business he made us feel like family.
