Wifi and cell service is spotty in NYC subways. We should at least be able to see the basic schedule while underground. Second, there is no subway map on the app (unless I am missing it). Unfortunately it seems to have lost any semblance of accuracy when it comes to Chicago CTA buses, which is the entire reason I got it. Not even close. Is it just guessing? Who knows. Insult to injury, go to "contact us" or "about" under settings and there's nothing. Nada.
