Through this robust tool you are able to measure the performance standards that have been set for your mobile delivery staff, ensuring that customer meetings, deliveries and pickups occur as planned. In today’s competitive market, impeccable customer service and the “face time” your team spends with customers can make all of the difference to your bottom line. 

MobileCast can work seamlessly with your current routing, scheduling, and host systems, or with Roadnet Anywhere Routing & Dispatching to help measure delivery activity and customer service with the main purposes of helping to drive revenue. MobileCast helps provide accountability of your mobile staff, as well as options to manage by exception, rather than constant monitoring. Mobile staff have the ability to:
• Start and end their day
• Follow planned routes
• Log customer arrivals, departures and breaks
• Optimize travel—find the closest customers based on location
• Seamlessly call customers
• Find the best route without entering address information
• Capture delivery and pickup information
• Verify quantities of delivery and pickup items
• Confirm delivery/ pickup completion with signature capture
• Capture customer and route information through mobile forms
• Receive updates on daily activities, including on-time performance

With MobileCast managers and dispatchers have the necessary tools at their fingertips to monitor key benchmarks that help drive and improve the service and profitability of your mobile team by tracking:

• Leisure mileage vs. work mileage
• Merchandising service times
• Route variations

REQUIREMENTS: You must be a Roadnet Transportation Suite (RTS) customer with MobileCast Server and MobileCast Smartphone.
iOS Version: 7 or greater
Note, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Been using this app for 3 months and already had 3 hard locks where I can’t start a route, arrive or depart from stops because of this error. Can’t end it to begin the next route either. Admin can’t remove the route or delete it without their pc crashing. Fix your code.

My phone is 4 months old, I use apps all day at work, those apps use data and display info on the screen, connect with tools via Bluetooth, and take up maybe 6-10% of my battery. MobileCast running in the background takes 26% of my battery. Please optimize, I waste time on the job sitting in my car charging up my phone so that I have enough battery life to get through my next customer visit.
