12 households share your road. Who owes what for the new culvert? When was the last grading, and how much did it cost?

If your private road is run on a stack of spreadsheets, emails, and "I think we agreed last spring," RoadPact is for you.

RoadPact keeps the records for a shared private road - members, cost-sharing, meetings, and maintenance - all on your iPhone. Built for the volunteer who actually keeps the books for a private road association or shared-driveway group.

WHAT ROADPACT DOES
- Member roster - every parcel, owner, frontage, and share
- Assessment calculator - split a maintenance cost across parcels by frontage, equal share, or usage, automatically
- Shared-cost ledger - record who owes what and who has paid (recordkeeping only; RoadPact does not process payments)
- Maintenance log - grading, culverts, snowplowing, gravel, drainage, repairs, with vendor and cost
- Meeting minutes and vote records - annual and special meetings
- A records PDF you can hand to a lender, a buyer, your accountant, or your attorney

Important Data Notice: RoadPact stores all data locally on your iPhone. The app does not include built-in data export, import, or backup features beyond records-PDF generation. Your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes backups) when those are enabled. If you delete RoadPact without an iOS Backup available, your data will be permanently lost.
