After an update all my daughter's logged hours vanished. I had to set up the account all over again hoping to get her hours back. NOT only did I not get the hours back, but it had me listed as the driver. As others have said, customer service never responded, yet they can keep sending useless emails about insurance and driver tips. They told me at the DMV that there were a lot of problems with the app and I tried it anyway. Lesson learned the hard way. Don't waste your time. You will be frustrated and disappointed. You have been warned. Out of no where, this app won’t respond to its emails so i need to re get my hrs done when i should have my license by now. It deletes my hours, kicks me off, doesn’t let me log in, and overall makes my driving experience harder. When the app updated I lost it all. Do a different app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-21, version 3.4.12* Often you can’t log in because it requires an update but in the App Store it shows up to date. Only option is to delete and reinstall. Life recording is very inaccurate. Total miles drives don’t match reality and sometimes even show 0. The other day my daughter drove over 90 miles with me and it only recorded 44. Inaccurate, unreliable and a total pain in the @$$. If we had a choice we would most definitely pick another app. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent with Reality *2026-08-21, version 3.4.12* My child keeps getting dinged for "rapid acceleration" and "rapid braking" when that is absolutely not true. I could understand an 8/10, but the app keeps giving her 4/10s. In addition, the mileage is off almost every time we use the app--by a long shot! A trip that was 17 miles got logged as less than 9. I have to go in and fix that every time. Not consistent with reality at all and extremely frustrating. ### 2/5 — Gone Downhill from Bad *2026-08-21, version 3.4.12* The original app was lackluster. The data migration to the new app was a mess. Some things were initially better with this version. I could care less about the fancy telemetrics which I actually find intrusive. But I need to be able to log the hours driven and where before I could at least adjust from the fancy wheel am now forced into 15min blocks? Do state DMVs even know the app is now forcing misreporting of driving? ### 4/5 — New version was buggy at first *2026-08-21, version 3.4.12* There was a major revamp of the app in July 2026 and for about a month after that there were a lot of bugs. But it seems like they are addressing them and improving the app now. I would have given it a 2 before but lately it is running much better. I would like if it had more road type options between local road and highway. There was a bug that made it so you could not manually add a drive the same day, but they may have fixed that. I think they spent all their time on how to push more ads and spam rather than usability. I wouldn’t use this if I had a choice. The hours are always wrong and constantly need to log in after multiple updates. The biggest thing is— the grading is Always Wrong. We were on the highway on cruise control and it gave a grade of 2/10 for excessive braking and 2/10 for Speeding up multiple times per mile. Terrible Hate this App for my kids hours. ### 1/5 — Non responsive Support *2026-08-24, version 3.4.13* We were forced to upgrade in the middle of our son logging is state required hours. After the upgrade all of his previously recorded time was gone. We’ve followed the limited instructions they gave to troubleshoot the problem with no solution. I’ve emailed/replied to their listed support email every week for the past EIGHT weeks now with no response, going so far as to offer that I would manually re-enter the previous time if they would just send an export. No response at all. My wife has had the same problem. If you call the provided help number you just get into an unanswered call queue for a DMV that is not even associated with our state. Apple support should pull this app from the store until they can demonstrate proper support capabilities. ### 1/5 — Please fix! *2026-08-24, version 3.4.13* The old app ran way better. I have to change my password every time I login and the app is extremely glitchy. Now it is a hot piece of garbage. It does not always record a drive. Sometime “lost” drives will finally show up long after. It is much harder to use now. All the new features are not useful. Give the option to pause and restart a drive. That way when I’m stopping to pick up my youngest at school I don’t have to end and save one drive then start another one 2 minutes later. And 2. When selecting where the drive occurs let me select more than one option. We live on the outskirts of town and very often travel one exit up or down the interstate to get where we are going.
