However numerous times I’m flagged for these (mostly for hard braking) at less than 1/3 g. Contacted customer service a couple times never heard back ### 1/5 — This app charged me for gas 2x in same day *2022-08-24* I used the app to purchase gas when I had 5000 points, and for some unknown reason, the card reader inside the store would not accept my app PIN number the first time. After the second time, it finally did and when I went to get gas, my .25 discount was not reflected at the pump. So now I had to take time to go back I to the station input the PIN number again, AND this time would not give any discount at all. After my frustration, and getting gas, I had to give up to go about my business. When possible I msged tech support and told what happened and they gave the lame excuse that no points were lost! WELL they were, and I just called the bank to dispute the 2x gas charge that this all set me back!! Zero stars if possible and deleted!!! ### 2/5 — Hasn’t Been Tracking Drives *2023-06-07* Up until three weeks ago, the app has been working great. But I’ve noticed that sometimes, it doesn’t track a drive or register that I’m driving and said drive never shows up. However, my biggest issues with the app now is that it hasn’t recorded a drive for me since June 3rd. I’ve driven multiple times, and have been in the car as a passenger multiple times. But none of the drives have been recorded. I’ve checked it as a passenger and it’ll say that it’s recording. Then I get to the destination and it says it’s scoring, and then never appears in the list of recent drives. ### 2/5 — Docks stars for using GPS *2022-08-18, version 1.4.1* I think it’s a good app, however whenever I use my phone as GPS (hands free) it logs my drive as using my phone the entire time when I don’t touch it at all after selecting the destination. BIG flaw in my opinion. I have multiple drives that are rated 1 star all because I used my phone as a GPS. ### 2/5 — Used to get WAY more points *2022-04-13, version 1.4.0* For some unknown reason the app has drastically reduced the rate at which it gives you points. I earned more during 3 months of the lockdown than I have in the last year driving much more. I am I. Fact driving more than before the pandemic and back then the app more accurately paid out points. Fix it Plymouth Rock! ### 2/5 — Good rewards *2022-02-13, version 1.4.0* The app provides good rewards for safe driving but the app itself is glitchy and does not update the points you earned consistently, as you get then. It seems to take hours/days most times to update the points. I got an email to explaining that lots of ppl had the problem I think it’s the app though that needs tweaking not phone settings bc I’ve done all they suggested. ### 2/5 — Buggy App *2022-01-12, version 1.4.0* It used to work okay with minor issues, but since December last year something changed and now it does not record my driving. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried to update iOS and reboot my phone. Still it does not record anything. Nowadays all it says is “Start driving….” although I drive pretty much every day. ### 3/5 — Helpful, yet Buggy *2021-12-26* This app is very helpful in tracking drives. It accurately tracks them, as well. And the incentives are encouraging. However, about two weeks worth of drives deleted themselves from my phone, drastically bringing down my score. I don’t know why these drives deleted themselves. It happened on my dad’s phone, too.
