I booked taxis twice on this app from a very well known big tescos. The prices are insane compared to other taxis. 6.30 compared to 4.00. Both times I watched the taxi on the map move far away from my dot, call me while they’re nowhere near me on the map. And one of them scolded me and was rude saying it was my fault when i had booked the correct location and my map proved it! I tipped £1 for the trouble and moved on.
