## What is Roadsider 2.0?

Roadsider 2.0 is the all-in-one app for towing and roadside companies. Owners, dispatchers and drivers work from the same live picture of every call, from the first phone call to the final payment.

DISPATCH WITH CONFIDENCE
- See every call on one board with status, ETA and assigned driver
- Assign or reassign a driver in a few taps
- Get motor club jobs in the same place as your own calls
- Know right away when a call is running late

A CLEAR TIMELINE ON EVERY JOB
- Created, assigned, en route, on scene, towing, at destination, completed
- Customer, pickup, drop-off and vehicle details in one view
- Photos, notes and a full history for every call

BUILT FOR DRIVERS
- Your current job front and center, with one-swipe status updates
- Navigate to the pickup and drop-off
- Call the customer or message dispatch without leaving the app
- Capture scene and vehicle photos

ZEROTOUCH: YOUR HANDS-FREE VOICE ASSISTANT
- Drivers go on duty and ZEROTOUCH listens hands-free all shift
- Offers and the current job are read aloud, and you can accept or decline by voice
- Run the job by voice: en route, arrived, loaded, drop-off and complete
- Owners and dispatchers ask about the board, take calls and dispatch by voice
- Anything that changes a job or moves money is read back and needs a spoken yes
- Uses the same permissions as the buttons in the app, and every voice action is logged on the job
- ZEROTOUCH needs an internet connection
- ZEROTOUCH and in-app Help are powered by Google Gemini AI, and the app asks your permission first

GET PAID FASTER
- Create invoices from the job and send a pay link to your customer
- Track what is paid, unpaid and overdue at a glance

MORE TOOLS FOR YOUR TEAM
- Team chat between dispatch and drivers
- Live tracking so customers can follow their driver
- Storage and lien tracking for vehicles on your lot
- Reports on revenue, jobs and driver activity

Roadsider is made for US towing companies, from a single truck to a growing fleet. Create your account in the app and set up your company, or sign in with the account your company gave you.
