After waiting for 30-40min outside of roaster i get a call telling me that my order has been ready for 45min even though on the app it was marked as still being prepared and i had marked myself as arrived and parked outside. I then had to wait 15min because the service insisted on making my order a second time since it got cold even though i told them that i was hungry and would take the cold order. I won’t talk about the food quality since it concerns only the app here. Where is the RD we used to know?!?
