Furthermore the app constantly crashes... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — do not order curbside pickup!!! *2026-02-25, version 4.3* i ordered my first curbside pickup order and it was a disaster. After waiting for 30-40min outside of roaster i get a call telling me that my order has been ready for 45min even though on the app it was marked as still being prepared and i had marked myself as arrived and parked outside. I then had to wait 15min because the service insisted on making my order a second time since it got cold even though i told them that i was hungry and would take the cold order. Even if u paid online. This is a question of principles. Once you pay by card and online not a single LBP should be taken more. Take your responsibility. What if i didn’t carry cash? Why online since you already issued the bill electronically and TOOK the amount? Even if it was cash you cannot claim an amount then claim a different one at the door. I won’t talk about the food quality since it concerns only the app here. Where is the RD we used to know?!?
