I wanted to know if I can by the e-sim before I travel and have it activate when I get to Malaysia but was unable to find this info

I wanted to change to Thai Baht but could not find this option either.
Your video on how to install the e-sim is so fast it’s over before I get my glasses on. Not useful at all. 
My iphone has Mobile Data roaming, I guess its the same as cellular but it’s another point of confusion.

Internet issues more often than not. From one minute to another services were off. Some websites worked one day and then didn’t work the next day. It’s was frustrating. Only 4G provided internet service, not 3G (not even slow service). Had to turn off the phone or switch to airplane mode to reset and then I got internet services most of the time, but not always. Can’t recommend it. Won’t use Roafly again.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service! Anfangs hatte ich eine eSIM erhalten, die leider nicht funktioniert hat, aber der Support war super hilfsbereit und hat mir schnell weitergeholfen. Kurz darauf bekam ich eine neue eSIM mit deutlich mehr Vorteilen, die einwandfrei funktioniert. Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und die schnelle Lösung haben mich wirklich überzeugt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

В минулому році користувалась додатком все було ок. В цьому постійні проблеми, то перестав працювати Інтернет, коли є ще пакет, то швидкість така що навіть фото в тг не грузить, розчарована, буду шукати інший додаток.

I bought an eSIM, and my credit card was charged.  But i never received the eSIM.

I reached out for help, but no one responded.

 Will have to dispute charges with my credit card company.

iPhone 13 not compatible

Don’t even try. I got a Roafly eSIM for Costa Rica and my friend got one from Nomad app. They get coverage EVERYWHERE and I am getting barely anything. Emailed customer service asking for pro-rated refund, no answer. Terrible service. AVOID at all costs.

Ich kann diese App nicht empfehlen, sie hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wäre ich nicht mit einem Freund unterwegs gewesen, der Telekom gebucht hatte, ich wäre verloren gewesen.

easy to use and way cheaper than buying data in person. I had a small issue at first and their support fixed it fast by giving me a new eSIM. After that it worked great. Data was fast and reliable. Definitely recommend Roafly if you’re traveling and don’t want to deal with roaming or expensive shops
