Avoid at all cost. ### 3/5 — APP for IPAD is a joke *2026-07-04, version 1.0.100* Looking at your app on an iPad is a joke. You do know that you can get apps to modify the screen to show more information and to fill the space? Also their facebook group is only full of how to get flights to japan, nothing more is discussed so it’s a waste joining. This can be an amazing tool but right now it’s frustrating to use and I’m having to use other reward travel search engines. The issue is when searching, you might not get any results but then you’ll try again later and a bunch will come through. Also I’ve noticed as you apply filters, naturally the search results narrows. However, when you try resume back to the original search, nothing shows up! Very annoying to use. ### 1/5 — Not a bargain *2026-06-20, version 1.0.98* I am not finding any good deals here. A business class on Emirates for 105,000 miles plus $12,000 doesn’t seem like a bargain. Very frustrated and regret my subscription. ### 1/5 — not as advertised *2026-05-30, version 1.0.96* Paid $82 for an app that will let me customize a search and then sends me 100+ emails a day claiming to be from said saved search even though I’ve excluded all but 50 airports worldwide. Sent not one but two support requests through the website as well as one through their chat feature which isn’t actually a chat, just another way to send a support request and have gotten crickets in return. At this rate, I’ll probably have to do a chargeback on my card as this is decidedly NOT what I paid for nor what was advertised. There are better and more responsive points search platforms out there. ### 1/5 — No points outside USA *2026-05-20, version 1.0.95* This appears to be an American based App. It doesn’t show points for destinations outside of America ### 2/5 — Idea is great, execution is inconsistent *2026-05-14, version 1.0.95* To start, I’ve tried reaching out to their team directly but am leaving this in part because the lack of support is disappointing. The tool can be absolutely amazing showcasing flight deals you may not find on your own. The problem is the search function is very inconsistent and often times will display “no results” when there are live deals. I’ve tried asking for help and to no avail, here I am. I have seats.aero, too, and still prefer Roame.travel. Neither is perfect, but this one is the best for me. I’ve been using it for a couple years now and booked many flights using the info from here. Booking business class flights to and from multiple countries, while we’re both living in different parts of the US was a tall order but I ended up finding great flights. We’re paying about $800 in cash in taxes and fees for flights that would’ve cost us $12,000 - that’s less than we would’ve paid for economy seats and an incredible savings!
