I am using this app last 1 year . 
1.Traveller can chat with his/her agent.
2.Get status from agent through chat about flight,hotel,transfers and dynamic packages.
3.app have full detail about trip with flight pnr, hotel pnr status , all guests name and mobile number .
4.Get push notifications any updates regarding your trips .

Very good app for trip management .
