My card was charged but hours later, no e-sim is available in my account. I wrote to support and they responded by saying “Due to an influx in orders we are experiencing delays in the background. Please allow a little time for the eSIM to reflect into your account.” Why not just display this information at checkout if you know you’re experiencing delays? What kind of stack are you on that you can’t fulfil orders when purchased or even send a confirmation email?
