## What is Roamies?

Roamies is a social travel app designed to help travellers “instantly” discover every travel-able spot in the world, or around them; and then share their discoveries with friends and family. 
Users can just talk to the app about their travel preferences and Roamies will find out spots from all over the world (or the destination if any mentioned by user) that matches those preferences. Users can save those spots in a Saved Album, which they can refer to during their travels.

You can now “CLAIM” any spot you’ve visited - just upload your photos, share your vibe, and boom: your profile, your photos of that spot and your opinion show up on Feed of  every Roamie discovering that place!
Discovering every travel spot that matches your vibe “instantly” has become easier and smarter! Roamies will now “suggest” you travel prompts based on your last search for your upcoming trip! 
So if you searched “I love hidden beaches and rooftop bars, I’m in Barcelona”, then the app will also show you related inspirations such as “What are the best spots for a fantastic sunset view in Barcelona”, or “What are some beach bars in Barcelona that only locals know about?”
A step closer to becoming the world's first social network for travel, you can now also “follow” your favorite traveler’s profile!

Roamies just took its first baby step towards becoming the world’s first social travel network! Now you can “CLAIM” any spot you’ve visited - just upload your photos, share your vibe, and boom: your profile and opinions show up for every Roamie discovering that place!
Inspire other curious explorers, get seen by like-minded travelers, and put your adventures on the travel map!

Just type “What are the coolest walks in Barcelona, I love cozy cafes and check out local life”, and then see the magic unfold. City Walks feature just got a better look!

Your travel Feed got improved showing you all the hidden gems around your location. Drag the feed screen down, and you see a live map showing how close those hidden gems are from you!

Introduced City Walks. Travellers can now ask questions like “I want to walk through quaint neighborhoods in London after breakfast in a nice cafe. Suggest some cool walks”
Improved the speed with which results are shown to users significantly.
Major bugs fixed such as duplicate results, and app hanging on click of Load More.
User Profile improved for users to be able to use upcoming features such as Claim and Create hidden spots from all over the world.

Travellers can now discover together with friends! Use the “Invite Friends” feature from your “Saved trip” to add as many friends as you want, and start discovering spots you want to visit together!
Users can now sign-up and sign-in to instantly discover an unlimited number of hidden- gems around them or in the world.
A basic user profile screen is now released where users can describe what kind of traveller they are.
Along with discovering hidden gems from around the world that match your desire, travellers on Roamies can also discover from thousands of curated “walks” from hundreds of cities around the world!
