On this time, I was running into some issues with using the mobile hot-spot. Customer support has been responsive and on top of making sure I am taken care of. Half the time the email with the installation instructions don’t arrive. I couldn’t get any reception in the middle of Wellington, NZ. Whilst they are very good when you deal with their online assistance, it is incredibly inconvenient when you have just arrived in a new country to have to spend an extra 30 minutes using airport wifi to fix the problems. I have them another go after 12 months and still just as hopeless. ### 2/5 — Data sent to Poland *2025-09-02, version 1.2.6* Service is ok, but they backhaul your data through Eastern Europe. Check your ip when using their esim and you will see that it shows warsaw or solvinia or some other Eastern European country. This was for a south American esim. The price is much cheaper than other options but works just as well. I also spent the whole trip hot-spotting my brothers and it worked great. They advertise on their website that you can download it instantly I purchase purchased eSIM on June 17 and when I try to login on June 19, they force the calendar to june 21 And when I chat with the Customer Service agent they said that we can do anything we can give you temporary eSIM for two days, which does not include calling and text But in original plan, I have paid for calling tax and unlimited data Very unprofessional ruined my trip. Leider funktioniert der Tarif überhaupt nicht. Das Internet ist de facto nicht nutzbar – weder YouTube noch Instagram oder selbst einfache Dinge wie das Abrufen von E-Mails sind möglich. Ich habe mich auf eine stabile Verbindung verlassen, aber stattdessen bekomme ich kaum brauchbare Geschwindigkeit. Für mich ist das absolut nicht zu empfehlen, da der Service nicht das hält, was versprochen wurde. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück, denn eine nicht funktionierende eSIM ist nutzlos.
