Recommending to everyone! ### 5/5 — Promos and additional help. *2026-07-08* This app already has affordable prices but including the different rewards given from referrals or first time activations, this service is debatably better than most eSIM providers. With both the prepaid and the pay-as-you-go option, this service basically allows the most convenient way to save money and reuse left over credit. Most importantly, their help services from AI, preset questions, and customer service is excellent and will likely surpass your expectations. ### 3/5 — Good when it works. *2026-07-07* Good when it works. Mostly I’ve had good experiences. But in some cities, the network Roamless uses seems slow and times out so it can be hit and miss. When I contact support to report a slower network, I get the typical “oh it must be your device, your problem, your settings”… blaming the user. Nothing changes on my device from country to country. My request to change monthly number to annual is ignored and delays to sort although they’ve been paid (2 subscriptions being paid now). No ability to cancel automatically.They don’t seem to want to help even thought I’m really inconvenienced. Let’s see what gets done but not v hopeful. To be fair, they did respond but it shouldn’t be so difficult to use. It worked one time when I was abroad and bought the app, but after that, it did not work. They refused to refund it $21 of Credit if I cancelled the service. Obviously, they need the money! They offered to issue me a new eSIM as the other one had disappeared along with the number ### 1/5 — No connection *2026-08-02* I had a very disappointing experience with this eSIM provider. I purchased an eSIM for overseas travel, but it never worked. I contacted customer support immediately and spent a lot of time following numerous troubleshooting steps, but none of them fixed the issue. To make matters worse, I had to purchase separate mobile data just to communicate with their support team and send the screenshots they requested while trying to resolve the problem. This cost me additional time and money. When it became clear the eSIM was unusable, I requested a refund. Despite the service never working, my refund was refused. I cannot recommend this provider. At first, I was hesitant because it looked almost too easy to use, but I’m SO happy I downloaded it! I was able to use it to call my family back home, and surprisingly, apps like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook didn’t use up my money nearly as fast as I thought they would. Pay-as-you-go is SO much better, so I definitely recommend choosing that option! I was also able to use my hotspot so my mom and sister could use my data, and it worked perfectly fine!!! I wish I had found this app sooner. If I could rate it a 10, I WOULD!
