I accidentally got it working and here’s what I did. I already have an online account with Roanoke EMC. I had to reset the password to get into that account. Seems resetting p/w is the go to answer for all issues electronic. So I took my account number and updated p/w and plugged in that info into this app and to my surprise, the app worked.
