Some of the jokes are definitely meaner than I expected, but that is also why they work. I normally bargain with every alarm, while this one makes me laugh and move before I can hit snooze.

Music alarms never worked because I would hear them in my dreams. A spoken roast is much harder to ignore. It is weirdly effective, especially when I am tired after a late shift.
