## What is Roast?

Diet apps are polite. Roast isn't.

Roast puts a blunt, funny, actually useful pep talk on your lock screen, and changes it every hour. It goes after the excuse, the late-night fridge raid, the "I'll start Monday." Never you.

THREE LEVELS OF HEAT
- Clean: gentle nudges, no swearing
- Salty: swearing, playful ribbing
- Savage: mean as hell, but always in your corner

RIGHT ROAST, RIGHT TIME
Late-night quotes show up when the snack cravings do. Morning quotes get you moving. Turn either off anytime.

ADVICE THAT WORKS
About a third of the roasts carry real advice: drink water first, eat protein first, go for a walk, wait ten minutes before deciding.

MAKE IT YOURS
Write your own roasts, edit any built-in one, favorite the best, and hide the ones that miss. Your changes show up on the widget right away.

THREE WIDGET STYLES
- Rectangle: the full roast under the clock
- One-line: a short jab above the clock
- Circle: your day count

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Nothing leaves your phone.

Roast contains frequent strong language.
