## What is RoastFit?

RoastFit is the gym-motivation app that does not pretend to be your friend.

You set your gym time. We send you a notification. You either show up — or pick "NOT TODAY" and explain yourself. Then a brutally specific AI roast picks apart your excuse.

Every excuse you give becomes ammo. The app remembers. Tomorrow's roast knows about yesterday's "I'm too tired" and weaponizes it.

WHAT IT DOES

• Personalized AI roasts that reference your actual past excuses
• Streak tracking when you actually show up
• Customizable gym time
• Notification reminders that escalate as your gym hour approaches

WHAT IT IS NOT
• No login. No email. No password. Anonymous device identity only.
• No social feed, no leaderboards, no follower count
• No positive affirmations — this is for people who respond to consequences
• No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases.
