## What is RoastWeather?

Same beans, same roaster, a different cup every season? That's not your technique — it's your weather.

RoastWeather calculates today's charge temperature adjustment for your home roaster based on local ambient conditions. Ambient temperature, absolute humidity, and barometric pressure all change how heat transfers to your beans — and change how they should be roasted.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select your roaster — Behmor, Hottop, Kaleido, Aillio Bullet, Huky 500, or Custom with your own baseline.
2. RoastWeather checks your local temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure from a public weather source.
3. You get today's recommended charge temperature, phase timing estimates (drying end, first crack window, development target), and heat guidance.

It takes 20 seconds to set up. No account required.

TODAY'S CHARGE TEMPERATURE
See your recommended charge temperature for today, adjusted from your roaster's baseline by ambient temperature, absolute humidity (calculated from dew point), and barometric pressure. Each adjustment is shown as a breakdown so you can see why.

PHASE TIMING ESTIMATES
Drying end, first crack window, and development time target — adjusted for your batch size and today's ambient conditions.

HEAT AND AIRFLOW GUIDANCE
Cross-effect warnings (cold and dry, hot and humid, and more) with specific heat and airflow recommendations for the conditions you're roasting in.
