I found Rob months ago through TikTok. I struggled with my weight for years shifting down in weight to new highs. I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin, but watching Rob’s content and learning how we absorb and use calories was reassuring. This app which I only recently installed has been already helping me by letting me track my calories and find when I most often overeat. “The Complete Guide to Nutrition & Supplementation” -found within the app has been an enjoyable way to pass time when lounging. Thank you Rob & “In Moderation” Podcast for helping me!
